poor quality and even poorer customer services

looks cool
It was not supportive enough for a 7-9 month old, quite difficult to keep clean because of all the recesses, very heavy to move. The footbar, which secures the harness, broke off (and not because of any child jumping on it, normal useage - the design is just not very good), rendering it hopeless for a toddler. I contacted Bloom who promised a spare part (the seat) but over five months, later, it hasn't arrived. Bloom does not even respond to me or John Lewis
The part which secures the harness broke off after 14 months. I contacted Bloom in April and a spare part was promised. It never arrived. It was particularly frustrating because it was not supportive enough for a 7-9 month old

Love it!

Looks great, will last forever, and many different uses!
Bulky, big and expensive, and that great to clean!
Although it is a complete pain to clean, i have seen worse! the fact you can take the straps off to completly clean them is great! (i have had comments on my clean straps!) and im looking forward to my little one being able to use it without the trays! straight up to the table. Overall, if you can afford it do it! looks great and im looking forward to using the snug bit for the next baby so i dont have to slug the moses basket round! and the newborn will be out of reach!

Great for taking you from baby to toddler!

I just love the Bloom high chair, it's bright & looks great. I've used it for both my girls, it's just fantastic when they are babies especially as neither of my girls liked a bouncy seat. Meant I could cook dinner with them close by, much safer than having them on the floor or in a bouncy seat which you can trip over.
The high chair can be moved up & down very easily and swivelled right round, which means when they are weaning they can sit up at the table with the rest of the family. The chair does have a feeding tray if they didn't want to sit at the table.

The insets can be a little tricky to clean but I have found a good scrub with a washing up brush does the trick.
The high chair does not fold down so it does take up room. However it can fit under your table.
Fantastic, practical and looks great! Everyone comments on how great it looks. Both my girls love it!!

Nice looking high chair but really bulky.

Looks lovely and is adjustable
Its a very bulky highchair and takes up a lot of space. Also the shape means your child doesnt sit up completely straight.
Although i loved the look the size just put me off. I sold mine within 9 months of getting it.
