Too light to provide much relief during the early stages of breastfeeding, but a good option for soothing sore nipples once feeding is established.

Light and refreshing, sinks into the skin easily with little residue, no need to wash off before feeding, a good value buy
 
Not thick enough to protect very sore nipples, slightly musty fragrance, needs applying more frequently than stated
