I use Sudocrem on every other daytime nappy change and at every night-time nappy change. A few times I've left it off to let Max's skin have a breather, then if he gets sore I start using it again and it goes away. It's also so cheap, real value for money!

i totally agree, Sophie - this stuff is magic ointment. It seems to deal with nappyrash / soreness in an instant. While we are / have been more reactionary then protectative with our 3, it is amazing how quickly it works.

yeahi totally agree. its got to be the best nappy cream.

we were recommened to use it every nappy change from doctor at the hospital and non of my boys have ever had nappy rash

I have used Sudocream since Harry was born, I use it at every nappy change and he has only had a sore bottom once or twice and then not really too bad. It is also good for cuts and grazes and I have been told not to use things like Savlon on children. Definatly recommend it, might be just luck harry hasnt had nappy rash but i change him regulary cleaned him throughly at each change and always used sudocream

Need to know

	Does what it says, good value for money, widely available.

	Hard to wash off if you get too much on your hands and it's also easy to apply more than the recommended amount.
