A must have in every changing box...

An effective nappy rash cream that does it's job!
Works everytime - best after bath time.
Good coverage.
A little pricey if you don't shop around.
Leaves you with sticky hands; but nothing a wet wipe can't sort out!
My daughter suffers with a sensitive bottom & all-over eczema and this product helps her keep the redness down. Applied after bathtime, it soothes her skin & at the next nappy change i can really see a difference!

A fantastic cream not just for bottys but for all the family.

A great all rounder, soothes nappy rash a dream, helps with my dry skin on elbows and knees,I often find my husband walking round the house with his face like a dot to dot as he puts a dab of sudocrem on each spot and blemish or just red patch to soothe and dry out for the next day.I am not saying it makes the spots and blemishes dissapear completley its not a majician after all,but it helps dry them out.I put this on my eldest sons dry skin round his nose and on patches of his ezethma when it flares up.I have a skin condition on my knees and it helps me too.
hard to blend in,if it gets on any fabrics it needs to be washed to remove it.More expensive than some other brands.
The 5th member of our family, pricey and leaves white marks mbut couldnt live without it.

Not for me

Works, but didnt work as quick as drapolene.
Very difficult to clean off without scrubbing, bepanthen and Drapolene from boots do the same job but at least it doesnt leave them constantly covered in a chalky sticky white coating.
Other products do the same without the hassle of not being able to clean it off!

THE BEST PRODUCT FOR THE BABY'S BOTTOM. :) IF YOU DON'T WANT PROBLEMS WITH THE RASH, THEN GET A SUDOCREM.

Sudocrem waterproof base forms a protective barrier that prevents any irritants (urine and faecal matter) come into contact with the skin. It's most important thing at night. Especially in the first months. The emollient effect of Sudocrem can help fast enough to soothe irritated skin. I had no problems with the baby's bottom because I used this cream. I even put this cream on parts of the body which very tend to sweat during the first month (armpits, behind ears, knees). And had no problems. :) The cream is sufficient for long.
I can say that I hawe no complaints. Only one, that its a little bit difficult to wash off the hands. But to me it's not a problem. :) Easy to wash with soap. :)
I like this cream. I use it until now, and only this cream. Says that the cream must be applied in a thin layer, but I spreads thicker layer. I think that this is not bad, because part of the cream is left on the nappy. Of course, the affected skin, if it's not the baby's bottom, should be applied in a thin layer of. Cream sufficient for long, for example, I am using only second Sudocrem 60 ml bottle, and my daughter is 15 months. I recommend this cream to all mothers.
How I used the cream? During the first months (about two month) I was applied this cream almost every time when I was changing nappies. Later only for night sleep and just sometimes during the day, when it's most likely that daughter will do more serious think (You understand what I mean). :) Especially when baby's bottom is already irritated. And for night sleep I'am putting this cream like in this photo http://www.sudocrem.co.uk/page/en/how-to-apply-it/42 , that's mean, that the area stays white. And after night my babys bottom is like a peach. :) Until now with babys bottom we have problems only ones, when we longer did not notice that in the nappies are faeces.
