Need to know

Contain no artificial flavours or preservatives, gluten or yeast. Suitable from conception through to breastfeeding. Contains full complement of folic acid and particularly high in vitamin B12 and betacarotene.
 
Only half RDA of iron. Not suitable for vegetarians.
