EASY TO TAKE.

I STARTED TO TAKE THESE BEFORE I GOT PREGNANT, AND CONTINUED ALL THE WAY THROUGH. FELT MORE HEALTHY THEN PREVIOUS PREGNANCYS.

Good allrounder

Found these great for pregnancy and when breastfeeding. Also managed to tolerate them when I had bad morning sickness, which was great because I did worry about holding anything down.

Doesn't contain omega's so you would need to buy another supplement for that

Best value tablets on market!

Has all essential vitamins for vegetarians,always feel much healthier taking these. Started taking them before conception too,as has folic acid.

Bit on the large side,large glass of water needed to wash these down!

Good value,all round excellent multi vitamin,that I would highly recommend!

Since we all want the best start for our babe :)

no bad after taste that you get with some vitamins.
regardless of size of the pill, they're easy to swallow.
right balance of vitamins, both GP and midwife approved.

make sure you take them on a full stomach (as it says)
i'm sure there are cheaper options with the same formula.

Good, but tablets could be smaller

has day stamped foil so you remember when you have taken, very good plus point in my case

Tablets are quite large, and when you feeling nauseous this really doesn't help.

The days on them are good, but I find it hard to take due to the size of the tablets, I would have preferred to take 2 smaller tabs
