Sanctuary Mum to Be Collagen Boosting Body Butter

Summary : Full Review : Reader Reviews : Gallery : Specs : Discussion
May reduce stretchmarks, feels luxurious, non-greasy, gorgeous fragrance

Fragrance may not appeal to everyone

The Sanctuary Mum to Be Body Butter is one way to pamper your pregnant body and keep your skin supple.

The Sanctuary Mum to Be range has been designed to be luxurious and pampering, helping all mums-to-be to feel good about themselves and their bodies. The aim of the Body Butter is to restore skin elasticity and features ingredients including moisturising cocoa butter and firming borage together with almond oil and organic rosehip seed oil. It is also enriched with tamanu oil to help prevent and reduce the appearance of stretchmarks.

Because the sense of smell increases during pregnancy, the Mum to Be range uses a subtler version of the famous Sanctuary fragrance so as not to be overpowering.

What we love

The fragrance. It smells amazing and it really lingers.

The cream itself is smooth, light and non-greasy. I started using it towards the end of pregnancy and I'm still using it three months after giving birth. My stretchmarks have reduced dramatically - of course, they may have reduced anyway, but I'm not taking any chances!

The packaging is also simple, but smart and modern.

What to watch out for

The fragrance may not be to everyone's taste.

Who is Sanctuary Mum to Be Body Butter best for?

Mums desperate to avoid stretchmarks – and any mum in need of some pampering

MadeForMums verdict

Though the scent may not be to everyone's taste, this luxurious body cream will leave you and your skin feeling pampered. It’s light, non-greasy and is lovely to use even after birth.
