More advantages then disadvantages!

Looks good, feels good, pushes good, can change color of part baby lays on, is adaptable for when they grow bigger, very padded and soft for baby to lay on.

No shopping space to put your bags. Cant put down with seat on.

Love pushing this pram as it is smooth and turns around corners easy. It looks good and i can only imagine it feels good to because it looks so comfortable. Love how you can change the color of the part baby lays on from white to pink (colors varie depending on your own personal choice). The downside of the silver cross surf is that their is no space for shopping at all! and iv still got to figure how to put the pram down to go into the boot of a car.

Screws come loose in the hood, front wheels stick and doesnt fold with seat attached

Cosy for a new born

Sticky wheels don't swivel properly
Screws loosen in hood
Wouldn't last over the age of 1
Shopping basket very small
No where to hang bags

Not worth the price at all very disappointed

FAULTY CHASSIS

WE PURCHASED A SILVER CROSS SURF SYSTEM FROM KIDDISAFE IN JUNE/JULY 2010. ONE OF THE REAR WHEELS OF IT KEEPS FALLING OFF OCCASIONALLY FOR NO REASON AT ALL. THE WHEEL FELL OFF WHILE CROSSING THE ROAD, THIS IS THE REASON WE CANNOT USE THE SILVER CROSS SURF OUTSIDE HOME, IT IS TOO DANGEROUS. THIS IS AFTER KIDDISAFE HAVE LOOKED AT IT AND RETURNED IT TO US 2010 JULY CLAIMING IT IS DUE TO MISS USE, WHEN IT WAS BRAND NEW 5 MINS ONLY JUST CHASSIS OUT OF THE BOX WHEN WE NOTICED ONE OF THE WHEELS DOES NOT STAY WITH THE CHASSIS. WE CONTACTED SILVER CROSS AND THEY TOLD US TO DEAL WITH THE COMPANY WE BOUGHT IT FROM. KIDDISAFE IGNORED THAT IT HAS FACTORY FAULT AND REFUSED TO REPLACE IT BACK THEN. WE ARE THINKING OF CONTACTING ALL WEBSITES, MAGAZINES, BABY SHOW ORGANIZERS, SHOPS, NEWSPAPERS AND CUSTOMER RIGHTS ORGANIZATIONS WE CAN CONCERNING SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM KIDDISAFE AND SILVERCROSS IN 2010 JULY AND THE FAULTY SILVER CROSS PRAM THAT HAS COST US IN EXCESS OF £580 AND KIDDISAFE AND SILVERCROSS HAVE REFUSED TO REPLACE.

Perfect in almost every way.

Lightweight
No extra carrycot needed
Looks Great
Great to push

The shopping basket is useless, even when the additional lobster pot is purchased it won't carry much at all and it;'s difficult getting things in and out of.

My daughter is 9 months old now and I am delighted I went with the surf- it handles the 30 stairs to my house with ease and is so light i don't even complain about them! It looks great and is a joy to push. A great pram!
