The unique footmuffs spell out the phrase ‘Like 2 Peas’ on one side and ‘In a Pod’ on another. There are a variety of other phrases available, including ‘Bro’ and ‘Sis’, and ‘Sugar’ and ‘Spice’. And they don’t just look cute, they’re fleece-lined and incredibly snug - perfect for young babies.
The Cosatto You2 Twin Stroller is pretty lightweight (just over 11kg) and features seats that recline completely flat so it’s ideal for a newborn. Plus, unlike other expensive double buggies, all the extras – raincover, bottle warmers etc – are included in the very reasonable price. It’s this all-inclusive accessories package that is one of the You2’s main attractions.
What we love
Aside from the fact that the Cosatto You2 Twin Stroller looks good, it’s incredibly comfortable. My 2-month-old daughter, Charlotte, immediately fell asleep when she was tucked into her side of the buggy, while my 2-year-old son Sam found it just as comfortable and warm.
The Cosatto You2 Twin Stroller is quite lightweight, but is impressively sturdy and handles bumpy pavements well. It also comes fully built – only the accessories need to be added on – and is therefore very easy to set up. I didn’t even need the instruction book to work out how to open and shut it, recline the seats etc.
The bottle warmers attach with Velcro to the sides of the Cosatto You2 and feature the same phrases as the footmuffs (the phrase is also emblazoned on the back of the seats) and the hoods can be attached separately.
At a slim width, the Cosatto You2 Twin Stroller is narrow enough to get through most single doors, which is another obvious plus, especially when out shopping. It also means it wasn’t too much of a struggle to get it out of the front door!
What to watch out for
The Cosatto You2 Twin Stroller folds umbrella-style but not inwards as some twin buggies do, meaning that it’s virtually impossible to store upright unless it’s being propped up by something heavy.
There was also nowhere easy to attach distracting toys for my 2-month-old to look at – there was no bar at the front and the pole separating the two seats was too wide to fix anything to.
There are also no back pockets to store anything in.
The cute phrase across the footmuffs may look good, but these are somewhat rendered useless by my toddler son, who no longer needs the footmuff. We therefore had to walk around with a stroller just saying ‘In a pod’ some of the time!
Who is the Cosatto You2 Twin Stroller best for?

The Cosatto You2 Twin Stroller is good-looking and has with what could be the cosiest seats on the market. It’s easy to put together, handles bumpy pavements well and is narrow enough to fit through most doors. However it’s unlikely that any child over the age of 18 months would need to have the footmuff when they’re out, rendering the stylish USP of this buggy rather useless!
