My son fell down the stairs due to this product. I contacted Lindham and they were rude and unprofessional.

It folds in a small bag. Just as well so I can easily take it back to the retailers for a complete refund because Lindham wont take it back.

My son fell down a flight of stairs due to this product. When I contacted Lindham to tell them they denied all knowledge and said it was definatly my fault as there was no way it could have been them. I wrote back and stated that there were a few loose fittings and they sent me an abrupt and patronising letter back stating that I should look at page 3 of the instruction book that they had enclosed. They told me it should not be used on the stairs. I replyed that a gate is up for a reason to block your child from harm and if it can be collapsed that easily it does not do the job. I will not be buying from Lindham again!!!!!!!!!
