Help your toddler beat off the bugs this winter

The snow may have melted but the season of coughs and colds lingers on. With the new term well underway, the chances of your child coming home with one bug or another are pretty high.

Whether it's just a sniffle, a nasty cough or the flu, you'll want to do as much as you can to help your little one fight off the bugs. It's also important to make sure you know when to call the doctor and that you're clued up the symptoms of more serious illnesses, such as swine flu or meningitis.
