Easter pizza bunnies

ingredients

375g (13oz) packet of ready-rolled puff pastry

1tbsp milk, for brushing

4tbsp red pesto

4tbsp frozen peas and sweetcorn mix

100g (4oz) Cheddar, grated

1-2 slices ham, shredded

baking sheet

paper, for making a bunny template

method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190ºC, 170ºC fan, 375ºF, gas 5. Make a bunny template on the paper (it doesn’t have to be a work of art). Unroll the pastry and, using a small, sharp knife, cut around the bunny template four times across the width of the pastry.
  2. Transfer pastry bunnies to the sheet and brush with milk. Bake for 5-10 minutes until golden and risen.
  3. Spread each bunny with pesto. Mix the peas, sweetcorn, cheese and ham and sprinkle over the pastry. Bake for 5 minutes more until the cheese has melted.
