250g (9oz) raspberries
200ml (7fl oz) apple juice
200g (7oz) blueberries
4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
100ml (4fl oz) skimmed milk
1 tbsp clear honey to taste
1 tbsp wheatgerm (optional, buy it from health food shops)
Recipe courtesy of Juices and Smoothies for Kids, by Amanda Cross, Hamlyn, £12.99
Puree the raspberries with half of the apple juice.
Puree the blueberries with the remaining apple juice.
Mix together the yoghurt, milk, honey and wheatgerm if using (it's worth adding as high in fibre and protein) and add a spoonful of the rasberry puree.
Pour the blueberry puree into the glass and pour on the yoghurt mixture carefully.
Finally pour the raspberry puree over the surface of the yoghurt and serve chilled.
