A new Doctor Who stage show is touring nine cities in October and November.
The 25-date tour promises appearances from arch enemies the Daleks, Cybermen, those scary Weeping Angels and the Judoons (as well as the sad Oods). Starting off in wartime London, the show concludes with an FX-laden big battle featuring pyrotechnics, a live orchestra and lots of extra-terrestrial monsters.
But be warned. The show's promo material states "Please note, actors from the TV series wil not be appearing live on stage." While the show will project video clips from the TV series on a giant screen, don't go expecting Matt Smith or David Tennant to drop by on stage in a blue police box.
Tickets for the shows go on sale at 9am on Friday 21 May at www.doctorwholive.com.
