A 2-year-old boy is found cycling across a German town as he tries to pay a visit to his granny
Toddler Noah Joel, 2, was found cycling three miles from his home in Hamelin, Germany, after he set off to visit his grandmother in hospital.
The 2-year-old had packed a bag of his favourite sweets and quietly left the house while his mum thought he was playing in his bedroom.
After noticing Noah and his bike were missing, the toddler’s mum alerted the police.
Police found Noah three miles from the family home, after they received reports of a confused small child biking up and down the road.
“He didn’t really know the way to the hospital,” said a police spokesman, “But he blamed that on his bike for not being fitted with sat nav.”
A family friend told the German Herald, “[Noah] is a very determined, confident little boy. He was worried about his grandmother and wanted to do something about it.”
