Desperate mum scours the country for missing comforter
A mum has launched a nationwide search for her toddler’s missing blanket, after the 3-year-old lost it while on a day out.
Christine Rymer says her daughter, Jasmine, can’t sleep without the missing pink, fleecy blanket which she has had since birth, and reckons she dropped it in Port Solent near Portsmouth.
The determined mum has studied CCTV, made radio appeals and started a Facebook campaign to find it.
“It’s irreplaceable,” explains Christine. “Jasmine’s had it since birth and thinks I’ll get it back. I can’t bear to let her down. People can think I’m mad if they like, I don’t care.”
Ah - I'll keep ean eye out too.
Hope she tried the Port solent security - they are good at finding things.
Oh - and maybe contacted the Port solent day nursery in case someone handed it in there?
