What's the best suncreen for your needs? Here's what our testers thought of some big-name and supermarket brand kids sunscreens...
Six testers – a mix of mums, parenting journalists and sunscreen-wearers – put 23 kids sunscreens to the test. The team was asked to rate each product on its smell, ease of controlling how much comes out, coverage, how well it rubbed in, feel on the skin after application, and whether the packaging seemed secure enough. They also had to give an overall mark out of 5.
What became clear was how everyone looked for different things in a sunscreen - for some, it was about secure packaging, for others, it was ease of rubbing in.
Our conclusion? It's personal taste that'll decide what's best for you!
