Why are almost none of these cups free flow??? Cups with valves don't teach kids to drink they are just like sucking from a bottle so you may as well give them a bottle. Heinz used to make a fantastic free flow cup but it's no longer available. The Tommee Tippee is the best and only free flow cup on the market but its still not completely free flow. Why are people so worried that a child might spill its drink - it's not the end of the world is it??? About 1 years ago

Hi MFM. Thank you for putting this line up together. I'm a mum of three and each time it came to weaning my babies I was frustrated by the choice of cups on the market. I found that nothing fully fitted the bill so I have launched my own! It's called Babycup and I really hope you like it. It's an open cup, miniaturised, so it's right for little hands and mouths, and it has a slim rim so it's easy to sip from. There's no lid or spout so the dangers and perils that those things present have been eliminated and it's therefore the safer option for parents looking to reduce the chance for tooth decay. Fine motor skills also seem to benefit greatly. I'm not a big company, just a mum on a mission to spread the open cup word, so I've got to figure out how to let people know about Babycup.
