Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken breast
  • ½ Sweet potato, peeled and diced
  • swede, peeled and finely diced
  • 1 Carrot, peeled and diced

Method

  • STEP 1

    Bake the chicken fillet in the oven until cooked through.

  • STEP 2

    Steam the vegetables until tender and finely chop the cooked chicken.

  • STEP 3

    Blend the chicken and vegetables together to form a smooth puree, using some of the steaming water to adjust the consistency.

  • STEP 4

    *Why not try using turkey instead of chicken?
