Ingredients

  • 200g Peas, fresh or frozen
  • 1 Courgette
  • 200g Kale, fresh

Method

  • STEP 1

    Wash the courgette and cut into small chunks.

  • STEP 2

    Wash the kale and remove any tough stalks.

  • STEP 3

    Place all the ingredients in a large pan and cover with boiling water. Return to the boil, then simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, until the kale is cooked and the courgette is tender.

  • STEP 4

    Drain and puree to the required consistency.

  • STEP 5

    *Try substituting any of the ingredients for other green vegetables, such as spinach, broad beans or broccoli.
