Annabel Karmel's broccoli and butternut squash puree

Ingredients
- 200g butternut squash, peeled and diced
- 100g broccoli florets
Method
- STEP 1
Put the squash into a steamer and steam for 8 minutes.
- STEP 2
Add the broccoli and continue to steam for another 5 to 8 minutes, until soft.
- STEP 3
Spoon into a jug and blend until smooth, using a stick blender.
