Pesto pasta sauce recipe suitable for babies from 8 months, add garlic or melt in soft cheese for a milder flavour

Ingredients
- fresh basil 2 handfuls, washed
- parmesan 2 tbsp, grated
- Olive oil 125ml
- whole clove of garlic 1, crushed (optional)
Method

Step 1
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
- Serve with hot or cold pasta.
- For a milder pasta sauce, stir into melted soft cheese.
