Your baby is becoming ever more agile with her fingers, and so she’ll love testing out her new-found skills with our mini pancakes and summery berry yoghurt recipe. Plus we’ve got beef risotto, cod with leek and cheese sauce and green baby pasta pesto.

This week’s shopping list

Fruit: 1 medium strawberry, 2 blueberries, 2 raspberries

Veg: 100g leeks, 100g potatoes, 100g onions, 300g butternut squash, 300g sweet potato, 112g sun-dried tomatoes, 1 medium onion

Meat: 25g lean beef steak, 200g chicken breast

Fish: 150g cod fillets

Fridge: 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, 80g cheddar cheese, 37g unsalted butter, 350ml milk, 1 medium egg, 50g plain yoghurt or fromage frais

Cupboard ingredients: Fresh basil, 150ml olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 250ml very low salt chicken stock, fresh thyme, 100g self-raising flour,  1 x 400g tin of tomatoes, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 125g risotto (arborio) rice, fresh parsley, dried oregano
