- 1 whole small cooking apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 whole small pear, peeled and chopped
- 1 whole small banana, peeled and chopped
- 400g tinned peach in juice, chopped and drained (retain juice for mixing)
- Milk free, egg free, gluten free and vegetarian.
- In the first few weeks of weaning, aim for a runny texture similar to single cream.
- You can replace the peach juice for baby's usual milk to make a creamier dessert or breakfast.
