Fruity pork and vegetables

Carrots, parsnip, leek and apricot are cooked together for this flavoursome pork dish, suitable for babies from 6 months

  • 25g pork mince
  • 1 whole carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 0.5 whole leek, washed and finely sliced
  • 2 whole apricot
  • 0.5 whole parsnip, peeled and chopped

Method

  • Step 1

    Dry fry the pork until cooked and transfer to a small casserole dish.

  • Step 2

    Add the remaining ingredients and pour in enough water to cover.

  • Step 3

    Cover with foil and cook in preheated oven at 170C/325F/Gas mark 3 until soft.

  • Step 4

    Blend all ingredients to a smooth puree.

  • Milk free, egg free and gluten free.
  • Make sure the meat is cooked all the way through but still soft.
