David Walliams shows off first baby scan pictures
'Excited' and 'nervous' dad-to-be shows ultrasound snaps to Amanda Holden
He may be a world-famous comedian with superhuman swimming abilities and a supermodel wife, but according to Amanda Holden, David Walliams is experiencing the same heady mix of emotions as any father-to-be.
Walliams’ fellow Britain’s Got Talent judge revealed the TV comic’s mood after a rehearsal for the Royal Variety Performance, where he showed off scan pictures backstage.
“He’s delighted. I think he’s nervous,” divulged Amanda. “We saw some really cute scan pictures the other day.
“It’s a gorgeous, good-looking baby. I’m sure it’s going to be massively long and tall. So good luck with that, Lara,” she joked.
Despite his apparent nerves, David is clearly overjoyed at the prospect of parenthood, as Amanda continued, “He’ll be an excellent dad. He’s ridiculously in love with Bert, his dog, so he probably needs a human to put some love into as well.”

No word yet on the due date or sex of the baby, but with her supermodel wardrobe perfect for some dressing-up, we suspect Lara could be hoping it’s a layyyddddeeee!
