It’s a baby boy for Matt and Emma Willis
Proud parents Matt and Emma Willis welcome a son, Ace Billy, whose name they’ve ensured will suit any future career choice
Formed Busted bandmember and future Wicked cast member Matt Willis, 28, and his TV presenter wife Emma, 35, have announced the birth of their second child, Ace Billy, on Twitter. The couple, who already have a daughter, Isabelle, 2, put a lot of effort into picking a name for their son.
Foregoing the current trend to name their newborn after a character from To Kill a Mockingbird, the pair chose the somewhat rock star name of Ace Billy. Here at MFM HQ we think it’s, well, pretty ace actually. They picked the middle name Billy in case, as Matt stated on Twitter, he wants to be a “f**king banker or something” (swear words courtesy of Matt). Now that’s forward planning!
Emma didn’t officially announce the birth on her own Twitter, but did tell followers she was “knackered” as well as putting the apparently obligatory “totes amaze” that fellow new mum Lily Allen also tweeted. As we’re so down with the lingo of the celebs we’d just like to say the news of the new baby boy is simply #amazeballs (sheesh!).
