Claiming to have no knowledge of the baby food diet craze, Jennifer Aniston has denied eating baby food to keep trim. “I've been on solids for about 40 years now. Sorry, but the last time I had baby food, I believe I was one,” the actress told People magazine.

Jen’s not the only one who’s been linked to the bizarre pureed food fad. Lady Gaga has yet to deny that she uses it to keep in shape while on tour.

It’s also been suggested that celeb mum Reese Witherspoon dipped into her son Deacon’s dinners to regain her pre-baby figure.

But soggy portions don’t quite do it for most celeb mums who have used a variety of diet plans to get their pre-baby bodies back. Madonna is a big fan of yoga while Denise Richards and Uma Thurman both used food delivery services, as they didn’t trust themselves to pick their own food. Uma lost a whopping 25lbs in six weeks but the service doesn’t come cheap and it doesn’t help when it finishes and you’re back to cooking your own meals again.

Yummy mummy Gweneth Paltrow ditched the diet altogether, attributing her svelt look to a sturdy pair of Spanx. Not unlike those we were testing a while back… Sounds a darn site easier than a baby food diet!
