Chrissy Teigen revealed her pregnancy craving on Instagram this weekend and was inundated with "unsolicited baby advice". The 29-year-old model posted a picture of herself satisfying her "nightly cravings" by tucking into a bowl of Cap 'n' Pebbles – a brightly coloured children's cereal sold in America.

The photo quickly went viral with over 133k likes and over 2.6k comments. Lots of mums were quick to relate to Chrissy's craving. "Mine was coco pops all hours of the night id have to get up and not just one bowl lol," one user commented. "It's a girl!!!!!! I had late night cereal cravings with my daughters!!!" another added.

But not all were positive – and the mum-to-be was soon inundated with comments criticising her food choices in pregnancy.

"Don't feed your baby that dyed crap," one user commented. "I love you but don't eat this crap while pregnant… it's beyond bad for baby and of course it's not organic," another added.

Chrissy was clearly appalled by the judgement she received and went to Twitter to have a rant of her own…

Chrissy also sarcastically suggested she would "take a trapeze class" and do a "3 legged race". Soon her fans got in on the joke, one added: "Follow it up with a rollercoaster and heavy lifting and BAM. You're sorted."

It's not the first time Chrissy has reacted strongly to criticism on social media. Last month, people suggested she was expecting twins after she shared a picture of her baby bump. She promptly told the trolls to: "Get out of my uterus".

So do you think Chrissy's reaction was too strong? Or do you think she's within her rights to not be judged during her pregnancy? Let us know in the comments below.
