Cheryl proves to the world that she's always been cute as pie
Cheryl Cole has shared a nostalgic pic of her as a cute tot with her mum, as part of the popular viral trend #TBT or Throwback Thursday.
The picture shows a chubby-cheeked Cheryl as a toddler with pink bows in her hair and a frilly pink dress. Smiling at the camera in an 80s-style photo booth, she is being lifted up by her youthful-looking mother Joan.
Cheryl and her mother are said to have a very close bond. According to the Mail Online, Joan can often be found hanging out in the singer’s dressing room during her TV appearances and now receives her own invites to celebrity parties.
“I don’t trust anybody in life except my mother and my dogs. I love having her there,” Cheryl said of her mum in an interview.
Not long before the star shared this family snap, Cheryl’s tattoo artist had caused a big stir by releasing an image of the star’s newly-inked and nearly-bare bottom. The bold tattoo of large red roses covering her derriere was met with a generally critical reception from her fans.
