Helen Flanagan's due date was yesterday – but has she gone into labour? Not just yet. Instead, the 24-year-old and her footballer boyfriend Scott Sinclair are playing the baby waiting game.

So when the hospital bag's packed and you're ready to go but baby's feeling a little too comfortable in there – what do you do?

Well, Helen decided to try and get things moving with a romantic stroll with Scott. "Due date walk this evening ?❤️x," she commented on the couple's selfie.

But although baby's not quite ready to make an appearance just yet, the former Coronation Street actress has been thinking seriously about what becoming a mum will mean. And sharing a sweet poem on her Instagram page with a picture of a mum-to-be looking down lovingly at her bump, it's clear she can't wait.

The poem describes a baby's mum as an "angel" that will "defend you even if it means risking her life". Helen shared a selfie of her bare baby bump at 39-weeks last week – not long to go now!
