Isla Fisher has broken the Hollywood rulebook (hurrah!) by admitting she loves her post-baby figure and wouldn’t change it for a thing.

The Great Gatsby star, who is mum to five-year-old Olive and two-year-old Elula, says she’s thrown away the scales because projecting a positive body image for her daughters is extremely important.

“I don’t need to be perfect. I don’t even own a scale. I have two young daughters and I wouldn’t want them to see me weighing myself all the time. I don’t think it sends the right message,” says Isla, reports Fitness magazine.

“For me, so much about life is acceptance. You can look in the mirror and find a million things wrong with yourself, or you can look in the mirror and think, ‘I feel good, I have my health, and I’m so blessed.”

And the starlet, who is married to Borat actor Sacha Baron Cohen, has been embracing her curves, especially her post-baby belly, because of the story it tells.

“Even though it’ll never be flat again, my stomach is my favourite [part of my body] because it reminds me of my greatest achievement - my babies.”

Isla, who gained 65 pounds with her first child, suffered cravings during both pregnancies but found one particular meal killed two birds with one stone.

“I [craved pasta] and mostly ate supersize bowls of it with loads of butter and cheese because that was the only thing that took away the nausea.”
