Alex Gerrard's 22-week bump reveal - as husband Steven teases baby no 4's sex

So is it really any wonder that Steven’s already teasing fans with the big question - will their 4th be a boy or girl?

In a sun-soaked snap shared to his official Instagram, a topless Steven and bikini-clad Alex smile as they embrace on the beach.

And beside the rare husband-wife photo, Steven mused:

"22 weeks ??? boy or girl ?"

We haven’t seen many pics of Alex during her pregnancy - but here we can see her bump is just starting to show.

And thanks to Steven's caption, we can tell that former fashion columnist Alex is exactly at the 5-month mark in this shot.

But what his comment doesn’t give away is if they already know what they’re having - or whether they'll be waiting for a surprise.

Either way, we’re gonna join in with the couple's Instagram fans and guess that they’re expecting a… boy! ?
