A photo of two fathers meeting their baby for the first time has gone viral.
One of the dads bursts into tears of joy, as the couple cradles their baby boy for the first time.
Baby Milo was born to an unrelated surrogate, and his parents BJ Barone and Frankie Nelson were present at the birth.
“The surrogate did not use her own eggs and she was very happy to have given this gift. Her, her husband and two children, are all doing great,” says professional photographer Lindsay Foster, who captured this amazing moment and shared it on her Facebook page.
She points out that the fathers are topless for skin-to-skin contact to help them bond with their newborn.
"We are so lucky that we have a beautiful, healthy baby boy!” the new dads gushed on Facebook.
“This is a moment of pure love and acceptance. Milo is surrounded by unconditional love and he will grow up knowing many different types of families and accept everyone, (intolerant people included).
"Milo was born during World Pride. This picture represents everything Pride is about. Love has no colour nor gender nor sexual preference. Love is unconditional. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts! xxoo"
