Celeb baby news: Mariah Carey, Britney Spears and Nadine Coyle

A Mad Men dad, two makeovers and one skateboard birthday party. What celeb news have you missed this week?

Mariah Carey’s mini-makeover

It’s no secret that Mariah Carey’s 3-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, have lived the glamorous lifestyle.

Not only do they have family hot tub parties on the roof of their NYC penthouse, their nursery is reportedly diamond-encrusted.

Now they’re jet-setting across Asia with their superstar mum for her ‘Me. I Am Mariah… The Elusive Chanteuse’ tour, putting reports of their parents’ marriage troubles behind them.

And of course glamour is never far from Mariah. A recent Instagram snap shows Mariah looking relaxed as her daughter Monroe applies powder to her mum’s face.

“Ms. Monroe begins her cosmetology” she wrote beside the pic. So cute!

Britney’s boys’ birthday snaps

Britney Spears’ 8-year old son Jayden James celebrates his birthday on 12th September. Since 9-year-old Sean Preston was born on the 14th September, mum Britney decided to celebrate both birthdays in style – with a joint skateboarding party!

The proud mum took to Instagram to share a few personal photos.

In the first pic of the bash, the brothers look very smart in matching checkered shirts, as they smile for the camera, surrounded by their colourful birthday decorations, lots of sweets and of course their new personalized skateboards.

“Happy Birthday to my two little baby boys. They are growing up too fast!!!” she wrote on Instagram.

Auntie Jamie Lynn Spears shared the second snap, in which both boys look ecstatic to be posing for an Instagram pic with their famous mum. Sean even flashed a cheeky hand gesture behind Britney’s head!

Nadine Coyle takes her baby on tour

Former Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle has revealed she’s planning to take Anaiya on tour with her.

The star recently spoke on Good Morning Britain about her upcoming musical tour with Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games and told presenters that she plans to take her 7-month-old daughter with her.

“She’ll be easy [on tour],” she revealed. “She’s great, she loves the company.”

Anaiya is clearly already an experienced jet-setter.

“I’ve never known somebody to love going through security at an airport. She loves every second of it!”

Nadine also told GMB that her baby daughter already likes to sit on her knee and help her apply makeup. Wouldn’t it be great to see one of the ‘after’ photos showing the results of Anaiya’s handiwork.

And that’s not the only skill the 7-month-old baby has.

“Anaíya is getting so smart! She can say hi, wave & clap her hands!!!” tweeted proud mum Nadine. “She is my favourite everything!!! Xx” the singer wrote.

Nick and Jessica Knowles introduce baby Eddie

DIY SOS star Nick Knowles and his wife Jessica have welcomed a baby boy named Eddie into the world.

The 51-year-old presenter and Jessica, 26, sparked debate during Jessica’s pregnancy after revealing that neither of them wanted Nick to be present during the baby’s birth.

However, in the their recent HELLO! Magazine exclusive, the couple shared that their birthing plans changed when Jessica endured a 20-hour labour and was rushed into an emergency c-section. Eddie’s heart rate had dropped as the umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck.

“We were never so foolish as to think that [our plan] was cast in stone. When everything changed,” said Nick “it was plainly right for me to be in the room.”

“Ultimately, what mattered was the welfare of Jessica and our son. And yes, there were some nerve wracking moments,” he told the mag.

Jessica’s caesarean was successful and baby Eddie was born safe and well.

This is the first child for Jessica and the fourth child for Nick. The couple married in Rome in 2012.
