Coronation Street actresses reveal pregnancy news
Paula Lane, who plays Kylie Pratt, shares baby joy on Twitter as former Corrie star Tina O'Brien opens up about her pregnancy to OK! Magazine
There must be something in the water on the nation's favourite cobbled street.
Not long after co-star Jennie McAlpine shared her pregnancy news, actress Paula Lane has now announced she’s expecting her first child with husband Tom Shaw.
Paula, who plays Kylie Pratt in the long-running soap, decided to let her hubby share the good news on Twitter: ‘thrilled to announce we have a Christmas pud in the oven! SURPRISE’ he tweeted.
The happy couple have been together for 11 years, but tied the knot at Leeds Cathedral a few weeks ago and are seemingly expecting a December due date.
The news comes in the same week that former Corrie star and mum-of-one Tina O’Brien opened up to OK! Magazine about discovering she was pregnant for the second time.
“I just knew straight away. My boobs were bigger and I felt a bit odd. We had the conversation that we'd like a baby."
In March, Tina announced that she was expecting her first baby with her personal trainer boyfriend Adam Crofts, who told OK! that the couple would “love to” get married.
“We’re not in a rush, but it would be lovely,” Tina added.
