Davina McCall might be doing her best superwoman impression as she prepares for a 500 mile triathlon across Britain for Sports Relief.
The 7-day journey next month will involve cycling, swimming through lakes, fell running and mountain hiking and a final marathon.
But the mum-of-3 has revealed her gruelling training schedule is leaving her racked with guilt.
The 46-year-old told the Daily Record: “I have wept daily. And my kids cry non-stop. My daughter Holly doesn’t want me to do the challenge.”
Davina admits the challenge has made her feel ‘guilty as only a mother can.’
She has booked a family holiday so that she can recover from the challenge and spend quality time with her children Holly, 12, Tilly, 10, and Chester, 7, after the challenge.
We think she’ll need a well-earned break after all that hard work!
