Diana Ross named as guardian of children in Michael Jackson’s will
Singer named as secondary choice of guardian if Jackson’s 79 year old mother Katherine, is unable to care for them
Michael Jackson’s much anticipated will has been made public in Los Angeles, revealing his wish that Prince Micael,12, paris,11, and seven year old Prince Michael II are to be taken under the wing of the 65 year old Supremes star, Diana Ross, if his elderly mum cannot cope.
Michael and Diana’s friendship goes back to the 1960’s, when he was part of The Jackson Five and it’s thought that he looked up to her as a mother figure. After the news of his death last week, Diana was quoted as saying, ‘My heart is hurting. I am in prayer for his kids and the family.”
The three young children are currently living with their grandma Katherine Jackson and will continue to do so until August.
