Jamie Theakston is a dad for the second time
Heart FM DJ welcomes baby son Kit
Already dad to 1-year-old Sidney, Jamie Theakson has added to his brood with his new baby son, Kit. Weighing in at 8lb 12oz, Kit is the second son for Jamie and his wife, Sophie Siegle.
Talking about Kit’s birth on his breakfast show with co-host Harriet Scott, Jamie, 38, said, “We’ve decided to call him Kit, not after the Knight Rider car, you understand. He’s absolutely fine, he seems to be enjoying himself and his mum’s all well.”
When asked if he was of any help during the labour process, Heart FM presenter said, “I got told off quite a lot, not only by my wife but also by the midwife, but it all went remarkably smoothly and I can’t wait for him to meet you all.
