Katie Price will be spending Christmas Eve having an MRI scan, after a "nightmare" morning in hospital.

The reality star tweeted the news to her fans yesterday, a few hours after letting them know she'd had to be taken to hospital and put a drip when she'd fallen ill in the early hours of the night.

"Out of hos," she tweeted. "Go back again in 48 hours: mri scan. Had morning of needles. My worst nightmare. Time to concentrate on getting ready for Christmas."

Earlier, she'd tweeted: "Still soo poorly. Problem getting worse. No meds are helping. Such s*** times :(."

Katie has already had quite a year, what with a pregnancy beset with health issues, and then the traumatic delivery of her baby son Jett.
