Keira Knightley's pregnancy style - hits and misses
Dressing your growing bump can be tricky and it seems the actress has had some ups and downs adjusting to her maternity style
You know what it's like when you're pregnant for the first time. You try and hold on to your own clothes for as long as possible and then when it's finally time to succumb to maternity wear you find yourself wearing things you'd never have considered before. Drawstring pants? A godsend. Hippy smock tops? Pass us a headscarf while you're at it. And as for dungarees… well, they're only for wearing around the house; just don't judge us too harshly!
So with all her stylists and top designers for awards season, we're interested to see that even Keira Knightley is having some better days than others. The pregnant actress is clearly trying new things as she learns to dress her changing shape.
We love this floaty chiffon number she wore to the Critics' Choice Movie Awards in Hollywood on Thursday. The cute collar and dainty sequined detailing isn't a million miles from something she would have worn BP (before pregnancy).
But she's faffed about with butterflies, bright colours and all sorts for the rest of the week... see the rest of her pregnancy looks here.
Butterflies and ruffles
Keira wore a butterfly and feather detailed dress by Chanel to the Golden Globes.
More like this
The pattern is pretty but we can't help but feel Keira looks a bit swamped by all those ruffles.
Big yellow
We love this pretty yellow Hermes maxi-dress Keira wore to the BAFTA Tea Party. It's got us dreaming of summer! But it does make her look a lot shorter...
Winter floral
You can't go wrong with florals and this pretty Erdem monochrome print is perfect for winter.
So which of Keira's maternity looks is your favourite so far? Let us know in the comments below.
