Mariah Carey shares sweet photos of her twins
Mariah, her husband Nick and her twins share pics of their Sunday dinner
This is Sunday lunch, Carey style.
Mariah, 43, uploaded a family picture to her Instagram account. In it, she's having lunch with her TV-personality husband, Nick Cannon, and their two-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe.
Mariah wrote beside the pic: “Sunday Dinner w/ The Fam❤ Happy Sunday everyone!”
Later, she shared a photo of Monroe and captioned it: “No Mommy, I feed you!”
Mariah has spoken in the past about how she struggled to get pregnant. She went through a “dark time" before becoming pregnant with Roc and Roe, she said, after she suffered a miscarriage in 2008. “When that [the miscarriage] happened and I wasn't able to even talk to anybody about it, that was not OK, that was not easy.”
But a few years later, her twins were born on Nick and Mariah’s third wedding anniversary. The couple chilled out to Mariah Carey's We Belong Together after their twins' birth and, three days later, renewed their vows. “Yep we just had a wedding in the hospital!” Nick, 33, tweeted at the time.
They renewed their vows again this year, on their fifth anniversary and the twins’ second birthday, with a “Fantasy” themed wedding at Disneyland.
