Miffy arrives at the MFM headquarters!

With her penchant for orange and her endearing floppy ears, it's hard to resist the charm of Miffy. That's why we were delighted when we had a visit from the people behind the Miffy brand... and they didn't come empty handed!

We were treated to a preview of all the new Miffy products coming soon, including gorgeous baby gyms (clad in Miffy's famous primary colours) as well as charming wooden toys, bookends and an enormous lifesize Miffy shaped lamp which was nearly as tall as us.

Created by Dutch artist Dick Bruna in 1955, Miffy is celebrating her 55th anniversary this year (she's getting on abit now old Miff!) and is still popular with the new generation of little ones as she was the old. Unlike her pussycat rival, Hello Kitty, Miffy oozes charm and innocence that adults and children alike all love.

Our favourite from the range brought into us was the (before mentioned) lamp which would look totally funky in a nursery of tots bedroom - or even as a centrepiece lamp in the front room - very quirky we think! We also loved these adorable plush Miffy slippers for babies too.
