It’s the most hotly anticipated movie of the year but one key person will be missing from the James Bond premiere, new mum Adele.
The singer, who gave birth to a baby boy last week, is reportedly skipping the ‘Skyfall’ event so that she can cosy up with her newborn instead.
“Adele doesn’t want to leave her little boy’s side, it’s as simple as that,” a source told The Sun.
“Now he’s here, she can’t bear heading out without him, even to hobnob with royalty.”
This means Adele will miss hearing her 007 theme tune blasted over the movie credits, but it doesn’t seem to faze the new mum.
“Right through her pregnancy she’s been practically a shut-in as she wanted to look after herself and the baby,” adds the source.
The star-studded premiere, that’ll include the likes of Prince Charles, Camilla and Emeli Sande, will be held at the Royal Albert Hall tomorrow.
The ‘Rolling in the Deep’ singer kept her pregnancy very hush-hush but did admit her third album will be inspired by motherhood, and is rumoured to be receiving a £3,000 push present from boyfriend Simon Konecki. Oh my!
Adele is following the latest celebrity trend and keeping her baby’s name a secret.
