Pregnant Fearne Cotton says pre-natal yoga restores her sanity
Radio DJ latest celeb to embrace the wonders of pregnancy yoga

Fearne Cotton has joined a growing number of A-listers who vote pregnancy yoga a pre-natal must.
Taking to Twitter, Fearne wrote, “I swear yoga restores my sanity each week. A still mind is not easily achieved but priceless.”

Other celeb mummies who’ve celebrated the benefits of pregnancy yoga include Tori Spelling, Uma Thurman and January Jones. Mum-of-two Jessica Alba also revealed she was a yoga fan, saying it helped her to plan for labour.
Jess said, “The more limber you are and the stronger you are, the easier your birth. And isn’t that what everybody wants?”
New mum Sienna Miller also said she tried a bit of pregnancy yoga while carrying daughter Marlowe.
