Mini exercise sessions while Blue sleeps supposedly helps Beyonce keep trim – and she celebrates with a night out alone with hubby Jay-Z


Beyonce stunned everyone with a very glamourous post-baby return in that red dress. The secret? Apparently she does mini exercises every time Blue Ivy sleeps.


From gentle pilates to rounds of squats six times a day, Beyonce, 30, is reportedly keen to lose her baby weight but keep her bootylicious curves. Judging by recent pics of the new mum, we think she can tick that one off the list – which will no doubt annoy fellow celeb mum Michelle Heaton!

But it’s not all exercise and nap times for Beyonce. Spotted courtside with hubby Jay-Z at a recent New Jersey Nets game (that’s basketball incase you’re wondering), the couple looked every bit the Hollywood power couple – Louboutins and all. Continuing their apparent desire to trademark Blue Ivy, Beyonce kept her nails painted an eye catching blue.
