Fruit and nut yoghurt – pregnancy recipe

  • Serves 1

This nutty, fruity breakfast dish packs protein, folic acid and loads of pregnancy-friendly vitamins into one delicious bowl

  • 3 tbsp chopped mixed nuts
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1-2 handfuls of berries (frozen and defrosted is fine)
  • 200g vanilla yogurt (check it’s made with pasteurised milk)


  • Step 1

    Mix the nuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.

  • Step 2

    Mix the sliced banana and berries.

  • Step 3

    Layer up in a bowl with yoghurt and enjoy.
