Berry porridge

Ingredients

  • 150ml Baby's usual milk
  • 15g Porridge oats
  • 50g Blueberries, or raspberries or mix of both

Method

  • STEP 1

    Place the milk and oats in a small pan and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally

  • STEP 2

    Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat and cool slightly

  • STEP 3

    Lightly crush the fruit and stir into the porridge. Thin with a little more milk if liked

  • STEP 4

    Serve warm

Tips

Try using strawberries or apricots instead
