Easy salmon rissoles

Quick to make and packed with nutrients


You’ll need:


400g can pink salmon
½ cup (130ml) whole-egg mayonnaise
1 cup mashed potato
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Serves 4

What to do:

1 Mix all ingredients together and season with pepper.


2 Shape into cakes and cook in a non-stick frying pan for 3-4 minutes each side or until golden and warmed through.
