Raspberry porridge recipe

  • 1 adult and 1 little one

Have an easy, healthy breakfast with your toddler, packed with delicious oats, raspberries and rich coconut milk - thanks to this simple recipe by Beth Bentley


To serve 1 adult and 1 child

  • 4 tbsp porridge oats
  • ½ a 400ml can coconut milk
  • 6 squished fresh/frozen raspberries


  • Step 1

    Put the porridge oats and coconut milk into a small pan.

  • Step 2

    Put the pan on a gentle heat and stir continuously as the milk warms.

  • Step 3

    After 5–6 minutes the oats will be soft and creamy. 

  • Step 4

    Just before serving, add the squished raspberries and stir. Pink porridge!
