Raspberry porridge recipe

- Serves 1 adult and 1 child
- 4tbsp Porridge oats
- 200ml Coconut milk
- 6 Squished fresh or frozen raspberries
- STEP 1
Put the porridge oats and coconut milk into a small pan.
- STEP 2
Put the pan on a gentle heat and stir continuously as the milk warms.
- STEP 3
After 5–6 minutes the oats will be soft and creamy.
- STEP 4
Just before serving, add the squished raspberries and stir. Pink porridge!
